  Area of focus is on executing a seamless transition and harnessing the collective culture we’ll develop together Prior to the INC Research and inVentiv Health merger, served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Development at INC Research, where she initiated a change management capability to improve return on investment of business initiatives More than 25 years of experience in healthcare with a variety of roles across academia, pharmaceutical and CRO sectors Previous experience includes providing corporate positioning and leading business development and fundraising efforts for the start-up, Erimos Pharmaceuticals Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Radford University; MBA from University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School
