Biography
Carolina has a background as project manager, investigator and management consultant. She has worked with organizational, strategic and business development, digitalization and led by major change projects and programs, especially in the public sector. Carolina often works in the border between business development and IT, where needs need to be transformed into strategic goals, improvement efforts and digital development. Carolina holds a PhD degree in Political Science and Economics and a Master's Degree in Innovation Systems and Social Development.
Research Interest
Her research interests lie in Healthcare and Medical Sciences. She is the Editor-in-Chief Member of many peer reviewed journals and her area of expertise credits her with many publications in national and international journals. She is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through her authorship of many books.
