Michael Hudson

Biography

Mr. Michael Robert Hudson serves as Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Hudson is a founding director of the Company and a member of the Company's Audit Committee. Mr. Hudson is the founding President, CEO and director of Mawson Resources Limited ("Mawson") (TSX:MAW), positions he has held since March 2004. In addition, Mr. Hudson was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Mawson in February 2008. Starting his career as an underground mine geologist in Broken Hill in 1990, for the last 16 years Mr. Hudson has been actively developing junior exploration companies in the Canadian and Australian markets. Mr. Hudson graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1991 with a B.Sc. (Honours 1st) in Geology and has a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment through the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA). He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Member of both the Society for Economic Geologists and Australian Institute of Geoscientists
