Biography
I am a PhD student in iron- and steelmaking within the process metallurgy group. My research is focused on internal recycling of residues generated within integrated steel plants. My approach is to study how circulating elements within the blast furnace can be handled – within or outside the blast furnace – in order to facilitate an increased recycling. I use physical separation methods, hydrometallurgy, reduction metallurgy and different characterization methods in my work.
Research Interest
Process Metallurgy, iron and steelmaking
