Biography
I am educated to be a sociologist with a HRM focus. I presented my thesis in 2010 about Recognition of Prior Learning within workplaces. Presently I work as a lecturer and a researcher. After my dissertation I have educated wityhin the sociology programme at Luleå University of Technology. I have also participated in several research projects, especially in the fields education and working life. During 2013 I am working with a report about the Motor Business. For a couple of years I have also participated ina thematic group within the European Social Fund, called A&O, Thematic Network in Workplace Learning, where we focus on results in various EU funded projects.
