Biography
Lisa is a graduate of Luleå University of Technology where she holds a Master of Science in Ergonomic Design and Production with orientation towards industrial production. After working at TeliaSonera with customer satisfaction and loyalty both from a business strategic and change management perspective for a few years, she returned to Luleå University of Technology to start a PhD candidate in January 2015 at the research subject Product innovation. Her research is on production innovation values and processes with a special interest for success factors and measurement of innovation. The research is conducted within the project Production Innovation that is a part of the Swedish strategic innovation programme Produktion2030.
