Biography
Mr. Michael Berg has been Independent Chairman of the Board of MedCap AB (publ) since August 28, 2015. He was previously CEO of Polygon AB, CEO of ArjoHuntleigh, Executive VP of Getinge Group, CEO of Alto Europe and held senior positions in Superfos Packaging and Tetra Pak Group. He is also on Triton Industry Advisory Board, Chairman of Stille AB, and Board Member of Human Care AB and Michael Berg Management AB. He holds Civilekonomexamen from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm.
