Biography
Sandra Trenkamp, PhD, is an expert in metabolomics, biochemistry and microbiology with over ten years experience. She gained her skills at the Max-Planck-Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology in Golm, Germany, at Bayer CropScience, Germany and c-LEcta in Leipzig. She has worked in the field of industrial biotechnology and crop protection. She applied metabolite profiling as a tool for mode-of-action studies and in the industrial biotechnology industry to optimise strains and cells. At Metabolomic Discoveries she is responsible for the operational division, quality management and business development in bioprocesses, industrial and pharma biotechnology.
