Biography
Education and training: LL.B. from Uppsala University Main experience: Lawyer and co-owner of Advokatfirman Lindahl, with particular experience in corporate law, business transfers, private equity, stock market law and commercial contract law. He is a member of Lindahl’s competency group for corporate finance and works with clients in a variety of sectors, even if most of them are active in the field of life science. Other board appointments: Board member and co-owner of Advokatfirman Lindahl in Uppsala AB, board member of Villa Anna AB and Kyrkans Försäkrings AB
