Biography
Juliana is a Partner in EY’s Advisory – Risk practice in São Paulo, Brazil. She joined EY in 1997 as a trainee and has been a partner since 2011. In addition to holding key client-serving roles on significant projects, Juliana’s responsibilities include being the Regional Quality and Risk Management Leader for Advisory for the South America Region (SAR). Previous experience Juliana was responsible for a Vision 2020 work stream that consists of integrating Tax (labor) with Advisory. Additionally, she has worked with the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (Assurance) team on an IPO readiness initiative, including the development of a goâ€to-market approach and project delivery. Juliana has served a twoâ€year term as the SAR representative to the Americas Partners Advisory Forum (PAF). She was also part of the team that created the CrescerAS (“to grow”) program in Brazil Advisory whereby professionals become part of a “family” to mix levels and competencies and to promote integration through Diversity & Inclusiveness. She supports EY Brazil through her work with local colleges and universities and works alongside AMCHAM (American Chamber of Business) in promoting the EY brand.
Research Interest
Juliana has a Degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing with emphasis on IT by the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM). She attended the EY Account Leadership Program at Kellogg University. Juliana is a native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English and Spanish. She is married with two young children.
