Biography
Jacobsson holds a B.Sc Economics at Gothenburg University. Jacobsson has international financial experience and is engaged as a consultant in a vast range of companies nationally and internationally with focus on lPOs. Recently Mr Jacobsson concluded the listing of Consafe Offshore AB on the Oslo Stock Exchange. He was also the Member of the Board of Directors of Vitrolife AB and later responsible for the company listing on the Stockholm Stock Exchange working as CFO. Mr Jacobsson has held positions as Senior Advisor for AGL Treasury Support, Senior Manager within Corporate Finance for Gamlestaden Plc. in London and Senior Manager with responsibility for Sweden and Finland for Christiania Bank in London
