Biography

I am an HR Recruitment Specialist who specializes in recruiting for the Hi-Tech and Online fields. My expertise is to identify potential candidates by head hunting on LinkedIn and other social media outlets. In the last 3 years I managed the full recruitment cycle, including building job descriptions, performing in depth and phone interviews, advertising on jobs sites and social networks, negotiating contracts and the working employment agencies. My motto is: "Obstacles are what you see when you take your eyes off the goal"​. When I have a goal, I do anything to achieve it. I am ambitious, fast learning with multitasking capabilities, highly motivated and also, I'm great with people. I’m truly passionate about Human Resource
