Biography
Denis graduated in Industrial Relations from Quebec’s Laval University. As a Human Resources Executive, he has successfully taken up the challenges involved in acquisitions, change management, compensation, performance, talent management and labor relations during his career. He has occupied key positions for large Canadian Corporations essentially in the retail industry, where he took on various Human Resources responsibilities. Before joining Sanimax, Denis was Senior Vice-President, People and Culture for Rona Inc. where he played a leadership role in fostering Leadership change with a strong customer focus. He was also Executive Director for Walmart Canada.
