Biography

Mr. Kim Wiencken is a Partner at NorthCap Partners. Mr. Wiencken serves as Chief Executive Officer of Tecmath AG. He has significant experience from both the software and venture capital industry. He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Scalado AB. He joined the Venture Capital industry in 2004 He has worked as an Advisor for a number of European venture capital managers and in particular with venture backed ICT companies in Scandinavia and Germany. He has held senior positions in SAP, Oracle, and Deloitte Consulting and has through these positions a strong insight into the ICT sector. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Order Solutions AG since December 2004. Mr. Wiencken served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of SAP Nordic, where he was the architect and driver behind a successful transformation of the business. He served at Oracle since 1997. He spent 12 years within management consulting, seven years as a Partner in Deloitte Consulting. He served as a Senior Partner & Chief Executive Officer of SMG Consulting Group. He entered the ICT industry in 1997, when he joined Oracle Denmark as a Senior Executive responsible for the service operation.
