Biography
Dr. Paul has research track record in bulk nanostructured thermoelectric materials and in development of apparatus for studying different transport properties of materials. He has demonstrated some interesting strategies for tailoring electronic and phononic properties at nanoscale leading to the enhancement of thermoelectric efficiency. In Linköping University, Dr. Paul is involved with the exploration of novel thermoelectric and electronic properties of oxide and oxinitride thin films.
