Biography
Mr. Anders Carlberg has been Managing Partner at Dittmar & Indrenius since January 1, 2015. Mr. Carlberg advises corporate clients in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and financing transactions as well as corporate law. He advises international and domestic public and private corporate clients, private equity houses and financial institutions. Mr. Carlberg served as Partner and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity at Dittmar & Indrenius. He is a member of the Finnish Bar Association and the International Bar Association. Mr. Carlberg earned his LL.M. degree from University of Helsinki and New York University School of Law.
