Biography

Ms. Christine Wolff is a Consultant at URS Corporation. Ms. Wolff served an Advisor of the Supervisory Board at Grontmij NV since September 2014. Ms. Wolff served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director Europe & Middle East at URS Corporation. From 1987 to 1990, she served as Project Manager Exploration of Chromite, Gold and Diamonds at Boulder Gold and Australian Overseas Mining in Australia and Fiji Islands. From 1990 to 1992, she served as Project Manager for Environmental Consulting Services at Woodward Clyde (now URS) in Sydney, Australia and consulting to international clients e.g.: Shell, BP, Bosch, General Electric, Dupont. From 1993 to 1996, she served as Team Leader at WCI Umwelttechnik (now URS) in Hannover und Frankfurt a. M., Germany. She more than 20 years of experience in international engineering consulting firms. From 1997 to 2004, she served as Managing Director at URS Deutschland with operational responsibility for Germany with 150 staff and US$ 30 million annual revenue. From 2002 to 2004, she served as Managing Director of Northern Europe. From 2005 to 2007, she served as Vice President and Managing Director of Continental Europe at URS Corporation and was operational responsible for 500 staff in 7 countries. From 2007 to 2010, she served as Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Europe and Middle East (EMEA) at URS Corporation. Ms. Wolff has been Member of Supervisory Board of Royal Imtech N.V. since May 12, 2015. She serves as a Director of Sweco AB. She has been Member of Supervisory Board at HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft (alternate name Hochtief AG) since October 10, 2014 and Grontmij NV since May 12, 2015. She served as a Member of Supervisory Board at Hochtief AG from July 27, 2012 to January 31, 2013. Ms. Wolff holds an MBA from Hamburg School of Business Administration. She holds Master of Science (Diplom) in Geology, FU Berlin, Germany in 1986. In 1987, she did Gemmology and Diamond Evaluation from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Edelsteinkunde, Idar-Oberstein and in 2005, she did Business Mediator from Forum für Wirtschaftsmediation e.V. Frankfurt
