Biography

Ms. Gunnel Ellinor Duveblad served as the President of Europe Northern Region at EDS. Ms. Duveblad has 25 years experience from IBM, including several years in executive positions. She served as Managing Director of EDS Nordeuropa from 2002 to 2006. She served as the Chief Executive Officer of EDS Northern Europe. She served as Member of the Corporate Management of IBM Svenska AB. She served in various management positions within IBM from 1977 to 2002. She was responsible in Europe for IBM's services in applications management and maintenance. She has been Chair of HiQ International AB since March 22, 2016. She has been the Chairman of the Board at Team Olivia AB since 2012 and serves as its Director. She serves as Chairman of Global Scanning A/S. She has been a Director at HiQ Wise A/S since 2007. Ms. Duveblad has been a Director of Sveaskog Förvaltning AB since 1999 and HiQ International AB since March 27, 2007. She has been a Director of Posten AB since August 2007 and PostNord AB since August 2009. She serves as a Director at Dustin AB (publ), Global Scaning A/S, Emric AB and Medius AB. She serves as a Member of the Board of Skandiabanken. She has been a Director of Sweco AB since April 10, 2008, Global IP Solutions, Inc., since June 10, 2009 and Dustin Group AB (publ) since January 19, 2016. She served as an Independent Director at Anoto Group AB (publ) from May 2011 to May 21, 2015. She serves as Member of Board of Lekolar AB, W-Fun AB, Stiftelsen Ruter Dam Foundation and Nordea. She served as a Director of Aditro AB. She served as a Member of the Board of BANQIT AB. She served as a Director of IBS AB since December 2007. She served as a Director of Nordea Bank AB from 2003 to April 2007. Ms. Duveblad holds a degree in Systems Engineering and Computer Science studies from Umeå University.
