Biography

Thomas  has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Sweco AB at Vectura Consulting AB and SWECO Finland Oy since December 1, 2012. Mr. Carlsson served as Manager of New Markets business unit at NCC Roads AB. He served as Head of NCC Construction Sweden's Western Region. He served as the President of NCC Construction Sweden at NCC AB., since February 12, 2007. He joined NCC in 1991 and served several different positions within the Group, both in various business areas and in different markets. His previous positions include being active in NCC's projects in India and being responsible for NCC Roads' operations in Poland, the Baltic countries and St. Petersburg. He served as Chief Executive Officer NCC Construction Sweden. He serves as Chairman of the Boards of Sweco Sverige AB and Sweco Norway AS. He has been Chairman of Supervisory Board at Grontmij NV since 2015. He served as Chairman of the Construction Industry Association, Sweden. He has been Director of Sweco AB since 2012. He has a Degree in Engineering from the Chalmers Institute of Technology in Gothenburg and MBA from Columbia University in New York and London Business School.
