Christopher R. Boone

Biography

Dr. Boone is interested in and has extensive training in all types of fracture care as well as treatment of disorders of the hip and pelvis including hip dysplasia, hip labral tears and hip arthritis. Dr. Boone also has extensive training in treatment of map-union and non-union fractures. He offers a wide range of treatments from hip arthroscopy to periacetabular osteotomies (PAO) for hip dysplasia and also has extensive training in minimally invasive anterior total hip arthroplasty. He also offers treatment of difficult mal and non union fractures with a multitude of options including the ilizarov method of taylor-spatial frame application. He completed his education Medical School from University of Washington School of Medicine, Residency from William Beaumont Hospital Orthopaedic Residency Royal Oak Michigan and Fellowship from Stanford University. He is a member of Professional Associations like Orthopaedic Trauma Association.

Research Interest

His research areas of interests are abnormalities of the arms and abnormalities of the hips.
