Kathy Magee

Biography

Kathy has been a diabetes educator for over 20 years. She is the education coordinator for the Swedish Diabetes, Endocrinology and Nutrition Center. As as certified diabetes educator, Kathy feels that an understanding of what it means to have diabetes is key to motivating patients to manage their condition.

Research Interest

Kathy has been research interest is diabetes education, androgen excess, androgen insensitivity cystinuria, endocrine complications of transplant, familial hyperparathyroidism, galactorrhea, gynecomastia, hyperprolactinemia, hypothalamic-pituitary disorder insulin pump.
