Kelly D. Van Horn

Biography

Kelly has worked in the diabetes field since 1987, working with all age groups affected by diabetes, from pediatrics to geriatrics. She has been awarded two National Diabetes Nutrition Awards from the American Association of Diabetes Educators and the American Dietetic Association, as well as the American Dietetic Association Award for Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year in Oregon. Kelly's hobbies include a never-ending remodel, gardening, hiking, reading and spending time with her husband and two teen-aged sons.
