Biography
Laura C. Swanson's Professional Statement is as follows: “The reason I love dermatology is that it provides the unique opportunity to develop lasting relationships with patients while improving their skin and overall health. I strive to improve patient care and outcomes through patient education and empowerment. It is a great privilege to be a part of my patients’ health and lives.” She completed her education from University of Washington in the year 2011, Internship in Dermatology fro Virginia Mason Medical Center in 2012 and Residency in Dermatology from University of Washington Dermatology in 2015. She is also certified Board member of American Board of Dermatology.
Research Interest
Her research areas of interests are abrasion, acanthosis nigricans, acne, acne scar, acquired lipodystrophy, actinic cheilitis, actinic keratosis, ainhum, albinism and allergic contact dermatitis.
