Megan Ellison

Biography

Megan Ellison completed her Bachelor of Science in food and nutritional science at Seattle Pacific University and her Master of Science in nutrition and dietetics from State University of New York at Oneonta. She is involved in her local and state dietetics associations and served as President of the North Sound Dietetic Association for 2011-2012. Megan enjoys individualizing each nutrition counseling session to help her clients reach their nutritional goals. Teaching classes at the hospital and in the local community is another highlight for Megan and she is also currently an adjunct instructor at Seattle Pacific University. Megan’s interests include yoga, music, gardening, preserving food, sharing meals and frequenting local farmers’ markets.

Megan Ellison research interest is abnormal glucose metabolism, addison disease, adrenal adenoma, adrenal disorders, adrenal glands, adrenal hyperplasia.
