He completed his education from Tufts University School of Medicine and Residency from Swedish Medical Center, WA.

His research areas of interests are abdominal abscess, abdominal adhesions, abdominal cancer, abdominal mass, abrasion, adrenal neoplasm, adrenalectomy, altemeier procedure, anal dilation and anal fistula repair.
