Tracy A. Johannsen practice philosophy is to provide medical care to women of all ages in a setting that is comfortable and welcoming. She also believe it is important to give the patient the tools to help them make their own decisions about their health care. She is currently working as a Doctor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology Surgery at Swedish Medical Center. She completed her education Medical School from University of Washington School of Medicine and from University of Washington.

Her research areas of interests are abdominal cerclage and abdominal cramps.
