Biography
D Keefe has been the Senior Director of Lead Discovery at X-Chem Pharmaceuticals since the companies’ inception in 2010. X-Chem operates a DNA-encoded small-molecule discovery platform that has been successfully applied to a range of drug discovery programs. Anthony received his PhD in chemistry from the University of Birmingham, UK in 1989. Subsequently he has worked with a range of encoded library platforms and affinity-mediated discovery techniques including encoded mRNA-displayed proteins and aptamers.
