Biography
He is currently Senior Principal Scientist in the Fibrosis group at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Princeton NJ. He obtained his PhD in the Department of Pharmacology from the University of Toronto, Canada. He has worked in GPCR-based drug discovery for over 15 years in both Biotech and Pharma with experience in HTS, High Throughput Pharmacology, Mechanistic Pharmacology and Lead Optimization. He has prosecuted central and peripheral GPCR targets for agonist and antagonists for the treatment of obesity, diabetes, and fibrosis. He is currently Biology Working Group leader for a GPCR-based program for the treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.
