Cathrine Jonsson

Biography

Cathrine Jonsson is a member of the Swedish Diabetes Association since she was a kid and has been in Young Diabetes between 1995 and 2000 and in the federal board since 2009. She had the opportunity to get acquainted with diabetes care in other countries and attended a number of international camps. Her responsibilities currently at the board include elderly questions and feet.

Research Interest

Cathrine Jonsson main interest is in type 1 diabetes, who live longer and more knowledge and efforts are needed in both care and care, the older we become, especially as resources are shrinking and we become more people to share the cake. Naturally, I want to change and improve the conditions for anyone with diabetes. Together we are strong and can influence county councils and politicians.
