Biography
Kendra McDermott, MSN, ARNP, AGNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner. Her advanced practice training included medical, surgical, primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine and geriatric care. Kendra received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada, Reno, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Seattle University. Kendra was awarded the GE National Medical Fellowship, Leadership in Primary Care Award in 2016. She underwent specialty care training through the Swedish Medical ARNP Fellowship in Gastroenterology through the Swedish Digestive Health Network. The year-long post-graduate fellowship provided training and mentorship in gastroenterology, hepatology and thoracic surgery and supplemental learning opportunities in colorectal surgery and Swedish Weight Loss Services.
