Matthew J. Phelps strive to provide the highest level of measured and thorough care in a manner that reflects the needs, concerns and wishes of my patients. He completed his education Medical School from California School of Podiatric Medicine in 1997 and California College of Podiatric Medicine.
Research Interest
His research areas of interests are abnormalities of feet and achilles tendonitis.
