Biography
Philip R. Downer's philosophy of care starts by gaining a thorough understanding of your medical problem and how it affects your enjoyment of daily activities. Once he has an idea of how it impacts your life, he work with us to manage the problem. Together they decide medical and operative treatments which are most suited to your condition and that can best get you back to your previous level of activity. Dr. Philip is currently working as a Doctor in the Department of Orthopedics Surgery in Swedish medical Center. He completed his education Medical School from Memorial University of Newfoundland Faculty of Medicine in 1995, Residency from McGill University Orthopaedics and Fellowship from Mueller Foundation, Hip Disorder.
Research Interest
His research areas of interests are abnormalities of the arms, abnormalities of the hips and abnormalities of the legs.
