Biography
Navinder J Singh is an Associate Professor at the Department of Wildlife, Fish and Environmental Studies in Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. He is a spatial ecologist with broad interest in the interactions of animals with their environment, including humans.He is currently working with species such as large ungulates, saiga, eagles, swifts, elephants, zebras, bears and seals. He also works on conservation issues worldwide, assisting with science and ground based conservation. Some of the agencies he regularly works with are UNEP-CMS, IUCN Species Specialist Groups, Saiga Conservation Alliance (SCA), UNDP, Snow Leopard Trust and many more. ​He is also the PhD coordinator at the Department of Wildlife, Fish and Environmental Studies, SLU and a Lecturer at Ecology of Animal Migration PhD level course, Lund University.
Research Interest
Fish and Wildlife Management; Study the interactions of animals with their environment, including humans.
