Biography
Birgitta Jonsson is VP Customer Services and responsible for onboarding new customers and supporting existing customers. Birgitta Jonsson has more than 25 years experience from the IT industry, the larger part within telecommunications where she has successfully worked for both System Suppliers incl Oracle and Mobile Operators incl 3. She holds an MBA in e-Business from Blekinge Institute of Technology and a BSc in Mathematics/Computer Science from University of Umeå.
