Esther Miralles Simo

Biography

Esther is responsible for the market access activities related to Spain. She is Licentiate in Biotechnology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and completed a Msc. in Bioentrepreneurship at Karolinska Institutet. As a student, she completed internships in both the private and public sector; she worked at the innovation office of one of Spain’s largest hospitals, the patent office of her university and, completed her master thesis with Swedish start-up on the field of biosimilars. She is fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English. She also has basic knowledge of Swedish and French.

Research Interest

Her research interests lie in Healthcare and Medical Sciences. She is the Editor-in-Chief Member of many peer reviewed journals and her area of expertise credits her with many publications in national and international journals. She is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through her authorship of many books.
