Biography
Dr. Günay Karlı is a computer scientist of 20 years’ experience with specialization in machine learning and artificial intelligence. He has worked at various universities as a faculty in several countries. He has published more than 40 journal and conference papers, supervised more than 15 masters and doctorate students. Before joining us, he was the dean of engineering school. His latest projects involved improvements in algorithms to understand progression of cancer based on gene expression and personalized medicine in oncology. His main responsibility is big data and machine learning projects. He is currently extending our current expertise in real world data.
Research Interest
His research interests lie in Healthcare and Medical Sciences. He is the Editor-in-Chief Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise credits him with many publications in national and international journals. He is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through his authorship of many books.
