Vladica M. Veličković

Biography

His primary responsibilities are project management in the field of evidence synthesis, health economics and outcome research. Vladica Veličković, is a Doctor of Medicine, Ph.D. candidate in the field of health service research with the focus in HTA and health economics. He is former teaching assistant at the Public Health Department, Faculty of Medicine University of Niš, Serbia and he recently completed visiting and studying period at UMIT at the Institute of Public Health, Medical Decision Making and Health Technology Assessment, Hall in Tirol, Austria. Over and above, he has a five-year experience of working in pharmaceuticals companies at sales force: at outsourcing company Goodwill pharma and big pharma company Les Laboratories Servier. His research field of interest is health service research, especially HTA and health economics. He has a strong biostatistics background (advanced user with STATA statistical package) and he mastered the decision analytic modelling techniques as State Transition modelling but also Discrete Event simulations and Agent-Based modelling.

Research Interest

His research interests lie in Healthcare and Medical Sciences. He is the Editor-in-Chief Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise credits him with many publications in national and international journals. He is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through his authorship of many books.
