Biography
Martin Filippides joined TFS in 2017 and heads the global HR department. Martin is a highly experienced HR executive, and has managed many strategic and complex business changes, at both cultural and organizational design level. With extensive experience of mergers, acquisitions and opening new emerging markets, Martin has been instrumental in growing businesses by implementing tailored and innovative Human Capital strategies. Martin has held senior positions in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors in Europe and USA. He has worked for some of the largest FTSE and NASDAQ companies, as well as businesses in the private sector. Prior to joining TFS Martin was the Global VP Human Resources for Quintiles Transnational where he spent eight years developing and expanding the business. He has also held senior roles at Martindale Pharma, Novartis and Novo Nordisk. Martin has a Bachelor’s degree from the University College of Wales, and a Master’s from the University of Hertfordshire. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Martin is based at the TFS office in Uxbridge, UK.
