Biography
Young joined TFS in September 2017 and leads the global IT team. Young has over 20 years of IT experience in the management consultancy and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining TFS he worked for AstraZeneca, Teva and Accenture. Young has supported various business functions throughout his career including Drug Development, Sales and Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Business Development, and Infrastructure. He has extensive experience leading large global IT transformation programs and global teams. Young is currently responsible for all aspects of IT, including visioning, strategic planning, and support operations. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the University of Delaware. Young is based in the TFS US office in Princeton, NJ.
