Biography
Nils Åberg Partner of Advokatfirman Carler, a Swedish law firm specialized in turnaround, restructuring and insolvency law. He has extensive experience of turnarounds, business reorganization and voluntary arrangements with creditors. He is regularly appointed as official receiver in bankruptcies and as liquidator, often with international connections. Nils regularly assists creditors and other parties with counterparties in financial difficulties. Finally, he has broad experience of litigation and arbitration, in particular with connection to insolvency.
