Biography
Peter Björnram has been a lawyer since 1977, whereof two and a half years on a general court. Peter has a long-standing experience from working within banking and venture capital he was a member of MAQS’ Corporate group until recently. The work at MAQS’ mainly consisted projects of buying and selling companies (M&A) raising of capital, questions related to board and ownership and control of companies. Today, he is working at Hammarviken Företagsutveckling AB.
