Biography

Mr. Peter Nilsson, M.Sc. Eng., MBA, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Trelleborg AB since October 1, 2005. Mr. Nilsson serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Trelleborg Engineered Systems Group AB. He serves as the President of Trelleborg Engineered Systems at Trelleborg AB. He served as the President of Trelleborg Group. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Trelleborg and President of Trelleborg at Trelleborg Wheel Systems Italia S.p.A. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Germany GmbH. He served as the President of Trelleborg Automotive Business Area of Trelleborg AB since October 1, 2006. He served as the President of Trelleborg Engineered Systems Group AB from June 1, 2003 to October 1, 2005. He served as Management Consultant at BSI. Mr. Nilsson served at Trelleborg in various senior positions since 1995, with management responsibility for operations in Europe, the United States and Asia. He served as the President, Continental Europe Division of Trelleborg until 2002 and as a Member of Group Management since 1999. He has been the Chairman of Trioplast Industrier AB since May 23, 2016. He has been a Director of Trelleborg AB since April 2006, Beijer Alma AB (publ) since 2008 and Trioplast Industrier AB since 2008. He is a Board Member of The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southern Sweden and The association of Swedish Engineering Industries. Mr. Nilsson holds Master of Engineering from the Institute of Technology at Linköping University. He holds M. Sc. in Industrial Economics and an MBA.
