Biography
Jorge work as a doctoral student within the field of Resource Recovery where his focus is on production of value-added products from industrial by-products using edible filamentous fungi. He has worked at the University of Borås since 2012. Before that, he has studied the Master program in Bioengineering at Minho University, Braga, Portugal. He participate in a project financed by the Swedish Energy Agency. "Fungi-based biorefinery with ethanol production!.
