Mats Lidgard

Biography

Mr. Mats Lidgard serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Valneva Sweden AB. Mr. Lidgard is a Senior Partner of Lavindia AB. For three years, he has been Managing Director of smaller companies within the health sector. He served as Chief Legal Affairs and Executive Vice President of SBL Vaccin. Mr. Lidgard served as Vice President of Legal Affairs & Human Resources of Active Biotech AB. Mr. Lidgard was employed at Active Biotech AB since 1999. He has worked in industry, focusing on international business and corporate law, as well as organizational and leadership issues. He has 15 years' experience of the international pharmaceuticals industry, primarily Pharmacia. He serves as Chairman of Cebix AB, Jatab Care AB, Scandinavian Biopharma Distribution AB and Unitech Pharma AB. He served as Chairman of Probi AB from February 2009 to May 2005. He served as the Chairman of Eurocine Vaccines AB. He served as the Chairman of Airsonett AB. He serves as a Director of Viscogel AB. He served as Director of Probi AB since 2004. Mr. Lidgard serves as Director of Unitech AB, Matfors AB and Synphora AB. He served as a Director of Eurocine Vaccines AB. He holds LL.B. from the Lund University in 1980.
