Biography
Håkan Samuelsson was born in 1951, He holds MSc.degree. Håkan is the President & CEO of Volvo Car Group since 2012. He is the Member of the Volvo Group Board since April, 2016. Håkan began his career in 1977 at Scania where he stayed for more than 20 years. He held leading positions within Scania’s technical division before he joined the executive board in 1996. He brought his vast truck experience from Scania to MAN in 2000 when he became Chairman & CEO of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG. Chairman & CEO of MAN AG from 2005-2009.
