Biography
Lars Westerberg was born in 1948, he holds MSc Engineering and Bachelor Business Administration. He serves as member of the Volvo Board since April, 2007. Lars has held various positions within ASEA 1972-1984. He served in several executive positions at ESAB AB 1984-1994 including Chief Executive Officer and President. As a Chief Executive Officer and President of Gränges AB 1994-1999, Chief Executive Officer and President of Autoliv Inc. 1999-2007 and Chairman of Autoliv Inc. 2007-2011. He worked Previously as a Chairman of Husqvarna AB, Vattenfall AB and Ahlsell AB.
