Biography
Martina Merz was born in 1963, She holds BS from University of Cooperative Education, Stuttgart. She serves as a Board member NV Bekaert S.A., Deutsche Lufthansa AG, SAF-Holland S.A. (Chairman) and Imerys SA. Member of the Volvo Board since April, 2015. Until January 2015 she worked as Chief Executive Officer for Chassis Brakes International. She has almost 25 years experience and held various management positions in Robert Bosch GmbH, most recently as Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing in the Chassis System Brakes division combined with responsibility for regions China and Brazil and previously Chief Executive Officer of the subsidiary Bosch Closure Systems, also member of the Board of Management of Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co.
