Biography
Olof Öberg was born in Uppsala, Sweden, in 1966. He graduated in chemistry from Växjö technical college, Teknikum, in 1986 and has been working with process development for semiconductor components since 1994 – first at Ericsson Components in Kista, and since 1998 at Acreo. He has experience from working with both silicon and III-V compounds, for fiber optic, imaging, microelectronic and MEMS applications.
Research Interest
Olof Öberg research interest are micro and nano technologies.
