Biography
I have started as a consultant in AB Achema company Gaschema. Last three years I am studying Lean, and successfully applying it at Gaschemas production, logistics and etc. I have started as area sales manager in Lithuania. After two years i applied for air separation plant managerand worked in this position three years.In 1999 I won a tender for trainee as product manager in Oy AGA Finland. After one year training course Igot a position product manager for shielding gases, oxyfuel processes and cutting and welding equipment in Baltic states. With my team and skils we created added value for customers in welding and cutting.
