High-energy, focused and performance driven professional with over 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Production Operations. Currently working with Addax Petroleum Development (Nigeria) Limited and responsible for production optimization and surveillance activities from three producing fields along with Operations Readiness and Assurance Engineering role for a multi-billion dollar field. Proven business excellence in providing technical and functional leadership for production optimization, well implementation,. Led multi-disciplinary team of Production Optimization of top side facilities & asset integrity, maintenance group and production services (budget, cost control & reporting) in order to reach production targets and facilities up-time by prioritizing Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) aspects.  Equipped with critical thinking skills to review and prepare technical proposals pertaining to production surveillance & production technology for further development of organisation’s activity and optimization of oil production. Leveraged skills in liaising with Field Managers, Production Superintendent, Business Planning Manager, Finance Manager, IT Manager and Engineering Managers to ensure operational excellence. Sensitive to the dynamics of cross-cultural worksplaces; successfully coordinated OIL & Gas operations with teams across various locations.
